Respected parents,

1.  This is to inform you that the competent authority has approved a revised fine structure for fee payments made after the due date. The revised policy, effective from September (Insert Year), is as follows:

•      11th - 15th of the month: Rs. 500 fine
•      16th - 20th of the month: Rs. 2,000 fine
•       21st of the month onwards: The student's name shall be struck off from the school rolls.

2.  Parents/Guardians are kindly requested to ensure timely payment of fees to avoid inconvenience.
